Our process starts with a phone consultation where you’ll collaborate with our lead designer, Alexis. Together, you’ll discuss your design ideas, diamond or gemstone selection and budget. Most importantly, you’ll get to know each other and develop a relationship built on trust.

We’re all about no surprises. Once we get started, our team will craft your digital sketch which shows you exactly what your finished ring will look like with your selected diamond or gemstone. At this point, you’ll be able to collaborate on your design further, make changes and when everything is perfect, sign-off with approval.

Once your design has been perfected, the magic begins. Each unique ring is made-to-order and will ship in approximately 6-8 weeks. Your custom ring comes to life through our meticulous production process. Our team of master craftspeople use only the highest quality techniques - we never cut corners. 

We offer free, insured shipping via Fedex on all of our rings. They ship 4-6 weeks after design approval. We also provide a complimentary third-party appraisal with every ring over $1,500 CAD. Rings are covered by our quality guarantee. See FAQ for details.
